Mark began his career in real estate at the age of 12, being paid a penny a sheet to keep his dad’s MLS three-ring binder up to date. Mark has broadened his experience over the past 40 years in a variety of housing-related work, including construction, property management and real estate brokerage, before advancing to the position of Chief Executive Officer at a large REALTOR® association more than ten years ago. In addition to real estate, Mark’s passions also include his family, sports, reading, boating and exploring all points on the planet.

Before landing in real estate, Greg worked in the medical, travel and advertising industries. He has accumulated a wealth of product management, editorial, graphics, marketing, technology and research experience in many famed North American cities. He holds a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and he’s run a few marathons.

David holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Housing and Economic Development from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. He has a fondness for modern econometric and statistical modeling techniques. Frankly, the rest of us can’t understand half of what he says. Hobbies include cycling, alpine skiing, cartography and cooking.

After seven years as the Director of Marketing for two different REALTOR® associations, Breanna tried her hand as a REALTOR® while earning her MBA from the University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota. She is a REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE), was a client manager for Disney on Ice and the Food Lion grocery store chain (big in the South), and was a marketing rep for the Rubbermaid NASCAR / Kurt Busch team (slightly bigger in the South than Food Lion). She lives in Blaine, which is funny to 10K staff.

Our newest 10K team member holds a BS from the University of Minnesota in Geographic Information Systems. Kurt speaks fluent English, as well as Python, Java, VBA, ArcGIS and SQL. His past employers have included the Better Business Bureau and Lender Processing Services. His current employers, in addition to 10K, are his wife and brand new daughter.
